Lalita Sahasranam Path Method in Telugu:Although you can recite this divine psalm every day, when it is not possible, Dakshinayan, Uttarayan, Navami, Chaturdashi, Sankranti and Purnima must recite Shri Lalita Sahasranam Stotra. It is beneficial to recite this stanza on every Friday of the week.
1) First sit on a pedestal in Padmasan by bathing in white or red garments.
2) Install the idol or picture of Lalita Devi by wrapping the red cloth on the wooden post .Now pray to the deity and adopt their postures.
3 ) Reach the seat and offer bath and garments to the deity.
4) After that, offer the Goddess sunshine, lamps, fragrances, flowers and naveddya etc Text Mr. Lalita Sahasranam with full reverence.
5) After the stanza is completed, do the aarti of Goddess Lalita and ask for blessings.
